Jet Speed Car Wash

This is a very good car wash place. Drive through wash and dry so you stay in your car the whole time. Recommend the “first class” for $19.99 with a 10 dollar rebuy that you can use within 21 days. Wash is good for what it is. Lots of vacuum stations outside. Abraham the manager was amazing. He greeted me at the gate and even asked how my day was going. Excellent customer service. This will keep me coming back for sure. Highly recommend for a quick wash. Will return.

The car wash caused damage to my brand new 2024 truck and won’t take responsibility for it. The manager was very polite & took down an accident report at the time , he took pictures of my rims since when my truck went through the wash both the front and rear drivers side have identical marks from something hitting both rims. When I was going through the wash my entire truck shook, it felt like some sort of a jolt. I talked to the site mgr Robert who said he was reviewing footage. He showed me footage before my truck shook, I told him that it happened afterwards. I don’t recommend this place at all, they don’t take responsibility at all especially if they cause damage to property. He said after watching all of the camera footage my truck never moved which I know was incorrect both of my rims have identical marks on them to prove otherwise.

Great experience! I drove 30 minutes away to come try out this car wash. When I got there, there were cones as if they were closed but on Google it says they’re open until 8 PM. So I called and I believe the manager answered and I explained how I just drove over here and it appears that they’re closed. He said because of the time change that they really close at 7 and not 8. He apologized for the mix up and said if I was still there, they will remove the cones and allow me to get a car wash. Luckily, I was still there and I was able to get my car washed. I love the way my car came out so clean and the customer service was excellent! I appreciate how I was treated so much, and I will definitely be coming back as well as telling my friends and family about them. Thank you so much!

I've been there. About 6 months ago and I didn't like their service. The car did not come out clean at all. After paying about $20 no tells to dry your car. I don't want to sell you kits on the inside but I went back today. Thinking I'll give them another chance. Since it was close to my gym and it was worse than the first time. My car came out had dirt all open it everywhere. The windows , the doors,the tires. you name it. There was dirt still on it. I asked for a towell.She was trying to sell me one, then.Finally, she broke down and gave me one.And when I complained about the car being dirty, they don't want to hear it so my advice to your folks as don't go there.I spent so much time re cleaning my car with a soft towell. I spent 1 1,/2 hours re- cleaning my car. Then there was some crazy woman who pulled up next to me. Just steady cursing and every foul word you could think of looking around the parking lot. You don't know who she's cursing At A couple times she looked at me when I was leaving and backing out. I asked her who was she talking to? She started cussing me out. Calling me names and old hag and she was no Spring chicken and wasn't very pretty, and her attitude made her even more unattractive. It was just crazy.. I don't know what kind of people go there but based upon what I've seen its not worth it. Complete waste of mo ey. A real joke. Total rip off!

Wonderful car wash! Excellent service from staff! They answer the phone and are very friendly. Car wash is thorough and so is dryer. Five stars 🌟 🤩 ✨️
