Jimmy's Ultra Express Car Wash

Got the Big Kahuna. It didn't even attempt to dry the whole back side of my car. No I don't have a tow hitch or big car. It's a Pilot. The vacuums are a plus but the wash is not very different from the Shell next door. At least that one dries my whole car and it cleans the undercarriage. Probably won't be back.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and accountability at this business. During the drying process, their machine caught onto a secured edge of my vehicle and bent it, causing significant damage. They even have video evidence of the incident, and the employee I spoke with that day admitted it was their machine that caused the damage, assuring me they would follow up the next day. However, no one contacted me. After waiting four days, I had to reach out to them, only to be told by the owner that they would not take responsibility and essentially dismissed my concerns. This response was unacceptable, especially as I have been a loyal premium member for two vehicles since they opened. Due to their lack of customer service, professionalism, and refusal to take accountability, I have canceled my memberships and will not be returning. I would strongly caution others to think twice before trusting their vehicles to this business.

This is a great place to get your car washed. My car was in desperate need of a car wash. The drive thru place I usually go to has been out of service for quite some time. After spending time researching different car wash places, I decided to try Jimmy's Ultra Express Car Wash. The owner's son, I think his name is Trevor, was out helping another customer and when he was done he helped me. After hearing the different types of washes, I decided to get The Big Kahuna because my car was REALLY dirty. Afterward, my car came out clean, shiny, and dry! My car came out cleaner than any other place I've been to before. Another plus is that someone is there to help if you need it. I highly recommend Jimmy's Ultra Express Car Wash and will definitely go back again! I should have taken a photo of my car while, but I had to get back, so I took one when I got home.

Great place to get a car wash. Clean stalls to vacuum your car. They have crevice nozzle to get into those hard to reach places and compressed air. They also have Monthly car wash packages. The lines move fast and the wash is ok. The brake dust on my tires did not come off but overall the car was cleaned. You should check out this place.

I decided to come here instead of the common chains you see popping around everywhere. The machine wash was excellent, I felt it was a bit better than those places. They have an area to dry and vacuum with vending machines. My recommendation to them is, to stay competitive: consider having washcloths to be used for free. I went there during a Saturday afternoon and it was busy but there was room for cars during my time there.
