This is an awesome car wash. I bought the medium tier membership. It's very reasonable for unlimited car washes and they do a great job at customer service!!!! There are free vacuums for me to clean the inside of my car when I am finished running it through the wash! It is quick and I highly recommend.

They left my car parked off on the side for awhile without saying anything, guess that’s on me for not staring at them like a hawk. Walked up to my car, I got the “Royal” package or whatever so I checked in my car and their shoe prints were on my backseat?? As I’m looking at the outside I notice my side view mirror panel is missing. I ask this about it so they went into the car wash to look for it. I check out the front of my car and it looks like it wasn’t even touched?? All the dirt was on the front! Even them wiping my car down should’ve removed this. They come back with my panel completely destroyed (as I expected) and made an incident report. I let the manager Juan know how dissatisfied I was. No offer for a refund. After the report I get a call 2 weeks later stating “no liability on our part because no other customers have complained about this.” So I spent money on this terrible service and came out having to spend more for damages that happened due to their terrible service.

Just disappointed after going here for awhile. It’s hit or miss. Today my car still is dirty inside and outside after a VIP wash. Probably won’t come back.

So this place is so cool. For $10 I went through the car wash, which at the beginning and end the guys were cleaning the outside of my car. After I pulled into a parking spot where they had vacuum cleaners hanging to use. Fancy (my car's name) looks gorgeous! As she should 😉

Came back here again for the carwash. And perhaps this time i would get a good job on their vacuum and wash. Exterior looks dry and clean but the vacuum this time is poorly done. So i told the guy who gave me the keys that its terrible. And he was glad to a quick re-do. They shouldnt have any lapses and to think that they have increased their rates plus a $2 miscellaneous (dont know whats it for)
