Lasara Car Wash

Similar to others experiences, credit card machine took almost $35 for a 4 minute wash. And yes, I pressed the button to stop it. Owner was rude about it and blamed it on me. Piss poor customer service. Go elsewhere Update based on the owners response. I was there by myself, there was no one with me. He must have been watching and harassing the wrong person in the video. I have no idea what he’s talking about. Like I said before, piss poor service. Just look at the other reviews.

Im very disappointed at this place. During summer, I took one of my cars to hand wash it, and the brush came apart, scratching the hood (mimor). I didn't care because I fixed it. Today, I took my other car to the drive tru carwashs, and the machine ripped the side turn light signal off the right side of the car and scratched the door. I asked the person in charge to call the supervisor/manager and they didn't want to talk to him ( I wonder why) I called everwash (app to pay car wash subscriptions ) and they generated a report but told me to contact the manager. Called the manager, and he told me to take my car somewhere else because they are not responsible for "aftermarket accessories" like the turn signal light is an aftermarket accessory... one star for convenience.

Self service section: The facility was clean and well-maintained, with all equipment functioning as intended. I particularly appreciated the high-pressure hose, which made rinsing off dirt and grime a breeze. The soap dispensers worked perfectly, providing ample suds to clean my car thoroughly. The only downside was the absence of a dryer, which meant I had to manually dry my car. However, this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise excellent service. Highly recommend for a quick, efficient wash.

Charged $40 for 5 min wash. Every other car wash cuts off automatically . Not this one

I use this car wash because it's convenient but I'm disappointed every time. Every time I use the automated wash, I have to ask the attendants to dry my car off. They simply dry off the windows, but not the rest of the car which causes water stains. Once, I was told to pull off with my car dripping water because the heat would quickly dry the car! If you want a good car wash, go elsewhere!
