This is my first time going to his car wash, and my last the line was extremely long. We are new to Los Angeles. The attendant was going to each car to take the order, and I noticed that he had money in his head. There are no signs that state that they do not take card. So when he came to the car, he asked me what service I want it and I told him the basic and he wrote it on my car and I stayed at where do I pay he said he will pay up there. I had no idea what up their meant. So I get up to the part where your tires go on the line and there’s a guy and he comes up to the window and he reaches something to the window and then he states oh you’re paying with card and I said yes. He says give me your card and I’m stating where are you taking my car off to. He pointed and said over there with the attitude so I stated I’m just trying to make sure you’re not taking my car out of nowhere else. Then he said where the F would I take it off to. When he stated that I asked for his manager and he said I am the manager and I stayed. Where is the owner. Then he proceeded to argue with me and I stated to let me out I will not pay my money here. He had to make four cars back up to let me out I already was recording .. I also have a camera in my car so I already had him record when he cussed me. Then he cursed me again and we were cussing each other. Then he proceeded to tell me to show him the video of him cursing me like he did not do it. But see when he saw me actually, pull my phone out and record that’s when he tried to change it up. Jessie is his name. So I pull out and go to the store and ask for the name of the manager which was Jesse and the owner in the owners information and they gave it to me. I called the owner Ahmad and he stated to me. Oh Jesse is sweet. I stated well he was a sweet today and it does not seem like he is if he did that to me and to do it to a woman is a disgrace. So the owner Ahmaud basically took up for him. It is condoning this type of behavior by his management team, so do not go to this location doesn’t even look like they have enough vacuums and looking at the reviews. That’s what it seems like it’s too crowded not enough room and then you’re dealing with Horrible customer service from management I repeat do not go to this car wash. And I will be filing a grievance with the BBB.

This place is great. friendly helpful people 🙂 best part is I go to vacuum all the time and they never charge me even tho I don't wash the car 5 star all day

My fave spot for a car wash:) I visit this location once a week. They have 4 tiers of car wash service. I go for the Super wash and my car gets so clean and sparkly. Plus the service is great, friendly and helpful staff 10/10 recommend!

Trash car wash, would rate no stars if i could. I went here giving it the benefit of the doubt since it’s near by and always full and honestly should have stayed that way. The car wash not only didn’t clean my car but also left scratches everywhere.

This place is so so they put too much wax on my car it's all spotted up till right now it's still spotted up so today I'm going to go take it to wash in my neighborhood in Yuba City but over there it's it's on the neighborhoods good so so I said I should go there across the street to go eat the carne asada and the shrimp across the street ceviche but that place is new they put too much soap too much too much wax on your car so watch it sound too they need to hold down cuz it's it messed up my car and I thank you anyway thank you for the car wash but next time you should give me a free one
