Livingston Circle Car Wash

Definitely don’t go there if you’re in a rush and there a few cars in line! Very inconsistent; sometimes they do a great job and sometimes a horrible one. Doesn’t matter if they’re busy or super slow at the time. And let’s not forget the terrible line. ONE line for TWO tunnels. It’s super annoying when you wait 20 minutes in line to use the hand wash tunnel but everyone else is waiting for the other tunnel. And then you have the a-hole people that arrive and cut in front of you. I’ve heard many people complain about it, and they still do nothing about it. $34 for a car wash and it’s still dirty.

I went to the hand car wash because I assumed they would pay more attention to details instead of just rushing the car though. I was wrong. Not sure if the price is worth it. These are pictures of my car after it was “hand washed”

Please save your money do not go here. I paid $70 for V.I.P. Was told it would take 20mins for the car to be ready. So I thought to myself (the car is gonna be spotless) but I was wrong. Keep in mind my car is brand new. 1. They didn’t put enough tire shine 2. They didn’t clean the air vents 3. They didn’t wipe the side door good enough. 4. Floor mates still had dirt. 5. They have a (customer is always wrong attitude.) When complained to staff one guy responded ( what do you expect? We’re not detailing the car.) Really $70 and you can’t do a good job just wiping it down of dust? Save your money you can get a best car wash for $20-$30 somewhere else.

I’ve always liked this car wash but today I brought it by after getting my vinyl wrap removed off my truck. I brought it to their hand car wash lane specifically because I have a custom ram skull badge on my tailgate. They broke my ram skull and didn’t even tell me. I know aftermarket parts typically aren’t their responsibility. It just would’ve been nice if they let me know what happened.

Been here a few times and ultimately love the car wash. However, no matter if they're five cars or they're 50 cars online, they never had enough staff and it takes them an hour to get through anything. I came there this afternoon. Arrived at 1:45. Blew my whole lunch break there. I'm not sure why they can't get the staff up or moves quicker but it is very annoying when I can go to a place that I pay $5 more at that is closer to me and will get me in and out quickly.
