While the scratch itself is not big. It’s about an inch long, but it’s directly in my vision looking out my driver side window. When I ultimately brought this up to the owner right away, I was told that there’s no way for you to prove that that wasn’t there before and I explained to the owner that there’s no way for you to prove that this was not there because if it was not, why would I bring it up to him? I understand businesses make it claims for small things like this, however I take very good care of my vehicle, I paid to have my windows tinted and I wanted them done properly. If there was a scratch when it was done originally I would’ve had it repair immediately, I would not have sat there for over a year, having them done just to get a claim put in for a replacement window tint. when I explained this to the owner I explain that I can file the claim with his insurance and they will sort it out. They are required to have insurance in the state of California and the owner got very hostile towards me telling me “you’re not going to file my insurance claim.” … “Use your own car insurance.” I told him no as my vehicle was in your care you are responsible for this and that is your insurance that would need to pay for the damages. He continued to elaborate that it was not his fault and no, he would not provide insurance information for the claim to be filed for the insurance to determine liability. As a general, sidenote, I do have a camera that does record inside my vehicle. So it does show no scratch prior to the car wash. He explained to me that the only thing he would be able to do was provide a refund, and that was it. when I went inside to get that refund, I again was told you’re not going to file an insurance claim with me. I explained again you told me you would provide a refund do that now I am no longer having a conversation with you at this point. As he was being extremely hostile towards me, I did not want to continue the conversation with him. As I have been going to this location for multiple years, it is extremely upsetting that bringing a damage claim up to the owner and letting him know that this was a problem immediately being told that it’s not my fault and that it’s not our issue talk to your own insurance. The worst car cleaning. Even The touch less automatic car wash takes long time to clean they did clean. very rushed, paid 28 for the wash and wax and only got a wash, and when I asked me manager he told me “it’s a spray wax” but when I felt the paint there was no spray wax, not only that but the vehicle and water spots from areas not wiped, staff is rude aswell as the man running the front desk. Will not be taking my buissnes here in the future

The sign for all of the package included windows cleaned but it doesn't specify exterior of the windows only. For $30 to $40, that is beyond a rip off. The exterior was clean, I guess that counts for the two stars. So disappointed in this business. First time and it will be my last.

Got liquid cleaner in my display screen and scratched/vacuumed up my shift lock release button. Super careless, I went here for years and I always tipped really well too.
