I took my new car to Luv car wash on September 26th between 05:00-05:20 pm, the rear wiper part of my 1 week old car broke at Luv car wash as seen in the photo because the employee did not install the rear wiper tape properly and my car was damaged. I told this to the manager and the staff there and an incident report was filled out, but the manager stated that there was a notice at the entrance and that there was a high probability that the vehicle damage would not be covered by Luv. If your undamaged car was damaged by Luv car wash and this fee is not paid by the car wash, I do not recommend you to trust this place and bring your car, this comment will remain here like this until the company responds and my damage is covered. Customers who are unaware of the situation should think twice before going and everyone can examine the photos and examine the damage. Edit: after many months I never received my money even though they said they are gonna pay and I was totally right I followed all the instructions they told.. horrible place, not keeping their words.

Quick & convenient, $10 basic drive-through wash. Self-service vacuums available for free. Came at 2:30 on a Monday, few cars in line but didn't have to wait very long at all

LUV is the best car wash in LA!! I’ve never been anywhere better. I have a membership and come usually one to two times a week. I love how quickly the line moves. Matthew, the new manager, is great and keeps the operations smooth. They manage it fast and make sure you’re in and out. You get to use the vacuums and towels as well after going through which is fantastic. LUV it!!

The concept of this place is excellent, unfortunately the black car Limos have taken it over and they sit in the dry stalls detailing their cars for 30+ minutes. I can’t do it anymore. Every single time I go to this location there is a line out of the driveway, any time of day and then no where to dry my car. HUGE props to manager Matthew who was here on my last day before cancelling my membership. He was talking to every car in the line telling them 5 min max in the drying stalls. It seemed to be working, unfortunately the business waited too long to manage these black cars who have taken over a once customer friendly spot. Maybe add huge LED countdown clocks in each stall so it’s obvious how long these cars are sitting in them detailing every once of their vehicles?
