When I went back they told me it was like that when I came in and they only use a dry cloth. The manager there did his best to make me sound insane and denied everything. It's a fairly new vehicle, only 4 years old and in pristine condition, well not anymore, now it looks like someone took a steel wool pad to it. It's $1600 for a new screen plus installation. Overall $2000 screw up and they just act like it's no big deal, no responsibility. Yes I can file a claim but I still have to pay deductible and possible rate increase. NEVER AGAIN."
