Magic Brush Car Wash

Magic Brush really is magic! Right off the bat, Magic Brush offers a FREE Premium Car Wash for first time customers. All you have to do is scan the QR code near the gas pumps and within 48-72 hours, you receive a text with the link to claim your FREE wash! I finally got my link today and decided to give Magic Brush a chance. They have totally earned my business! The wash itself is the drive-thru kind but they have specially manufactured brushes and scrubbers that don't scratch or damage your vehicle. The wash is much better paced than its competitors which I love because it allows time for each step in the wash process to be properly applied and rinsed before the high-powered air dryers at the end do their job. Way to go Magic Brush! After the wash and dry, you can head over to one of the 20 vacuum stalls where they offer FREE self-service vacuums that are comfortably spaced apart and include handheld compressed air nozzles to get all the water out of hard to reach nooks and crannies on the car. Each stall also has trash bins so all the trash from your car can be conveniently & responsibly thrown away. Magic Brush does not offer complimentary towels, dash wipes, or additional cleaning supplies like their quacky competitor however, they do offer monthly wash memberships starting at $9.99/month! There is also a user-friendly website where you can manage your membership. Lastly, the car wash associate Enid provided some of the best customer service I've encountered in a long time. Enid was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a great attitude. She had no issues answering any of my questions and seemed to be a content Magic Brush employee. Her ability to provide customer service with a smile while balancing her job duties deserves applause. Enid's interactions with me during my first experience with Magic Wash was definitely memorable and is definitely one of the reasons I have decided to cancel my current membership with their unlucky ducky competitor and become a Magic Brush member. Overall, it's worth a shot especially since the first wash is FREE! My car is squeaky clean and the membership fee is definitely within budget. I have been waiting on a refund for almost 2 months now. I was told that I would get one because I took my car off using the old system and it did not carry over so I was charged. I have email numerous times and call just as many but they still have not refunded me my money. Sorry to have to give one star but when you are told you would get a refund it is expected.

Staff was amazing and polite, but the wash was terrible. I paid for the top wash, the "magic wash," and my SUV still has dirt on it, and there are brush marks on the windows, back, side, etc. It's not like I came from going off roading, my car was the normal amount of dirty. Sorry to say that it's not worth the price. I was excited about this place, too. Bummer.

Same as others have said. Staff is awesome but the wash system doesn’t do a very good job at the one thing it’s meant for… washing your vehicle. Unfortunately I won’t be returning. Hope they can make some type of adjustment so the cleaning improves. The staff did allow me to go through a second time unfortunately, it didn’t do the job.

This carwash. Sucks leaves soap and water after wash vacuums don't work half the time and suppose to have air hoses to blow off excess water they have about four stalls with air out of apex.16 stalls the help out there are rude when you speak to them about the issues with the carwash I signed up as a member will cancel that and their spot free water is anything but spot free so advise everyone out think twice before being a part of Magic Wash there's nothing Magic about it trust me.
