Magnolia Island Hand Car Wash

I come here a lot and they normally do a great job however the last time I went, they didn’t clean the inside of my car like at all. I asked the guy if that came with the package before I gave him my keys and he said yes. When I got my car back, the juice splashes from my kids were still on my inner doors and in the cup holders. I intentionally emptied my arm rest so they could clean the inside but they didn’t.. literally the only thing he did was vacuum the inside. Nothing was wiped down. The outside wasn’t mush better, still dirt on my mirrors. I told the guy about it and he started complaining about how I don’t like the job he did on my car when he gave me extra and blah blah. I was going to go complain to the kind lady at the cashiers but I went early and was already running late for work that morning. Lesson: try not to get the older guy, he will do a terrible job cleaning your car then blame the customer for it. I ended up just asking him for one of his rags which he gave to me and I cleaned the inside myself as best I could with the time I had. When I gave him the rag back, he had the nerve to still have an attitude like it was my fault he didn’t clean my car properly. Horrible customer service. Idk how he can think he gave my extra when he barely gave my what I paid for. If anything, you have the minimum sir, not extra. I cleaned most of it my myself with the rag however these are the pictures of things I didn’t clean. I wish I would’ve taken pictures before I cleaned with his own work rag. I come here a lot and they normally clean it properly. Normally my boyfriend takes the car up there though. I’m started to think the guy tried to play me because I’m a woman. Ladies, have your man take your car to get cleaned so you don’t get less than what you paid for.

Took my GR Corolla for a wash and was impressed with the quality. Brought my 911 for an exterior detail and they knocked it out of the park. They were able to clean off the haze on my rear window which most other detailers were unsuccessful with.

I paid 150$ for wash. I told the manager several times that the car should be very clean because it had chemicals after fighting the ants. As a result, they did not remove the stains of the chemical agent in the windshield and washed the car body very poorly, it remained covered in stains that were before washing.

Use at your own risk, if they damage your car they will take no responsibility. I dropped off my car for a wash and when I returned 30 minutes later to pick it up there was an unmissable deep scratch in my driver's side back door. A manager, Vic, showed me the videos of my car entering the wash with zero damage but refused to take responsibility for the gash. He tried blaming my wife (who doesn't drive my car) and accused me of insurance fraud after I pointed to the video showing my car entering with zero damage, saying "I see what you're trying to do". He then claimed *mid way* through the wash that you could see a scratch (actually a reflection) and that therefore was proof they didn't do it. Problem is, the reflection was in the wrong place, moves and disappears from the door and scratches obviously don't. When I asked to see a full uninterrupted video of my car entering and exiting the car wash he started fumbling around and said "Greg" their accountant would call me next week. Accidents happen but I'm super disappointed by the lack of accountability and am offended he would accuse me of trying to take advantage of his car wash, which I've used many times before. I wish I had chosen a different car wash and will definitely never go back here. Search other reviews for scratch and damage and you'll see the lack of accountability isn't a fluke. EDIT: to say I never heard anything from "Greg the accountant" or anyone else at this car wash.
