This was one of the best washes my car has had in a while. They're a bit pricey but worth the price for the most part. Great job. Staff could have been friendlier and there was no waiting room so I aimlessly walked downtown. That part sucked but I'd still go back

AVOID! If you prefer your car damage-free, you should avoid Main Steam Car Wash like the plague. They recently caused almost $2,000 worth of DAMAGE on the front end of my car (tearing up the underside by parking it right across a cement block) and have refused to fix it. When I explained to the owner what had happened all I received in return was a series of far-fetched excuses that kept changing to fit his needs. Insisting that I can't prove anything anyway (even though his staff had reported the damage on the receipt) he even refused to look at the photos I'd taken. When I pointed out that such unprofessional conduct would eventually alienate other customers I was told that that wouldn't matter because his business had been around long enough and therefore had plenty of clientele. So, even though the employees are quite friendly there I suggest you save yourself a ton of trouble & cash and get your vehicle washed by one of the other car wash businesses in Downtown.

The Price is Right "Come On Down!!" How much would you like to pay for this car wash?! Um....the price that's noted on the giant signs above your head? Nope. The employees will charge you whatever they see may fit during that moment. Maybe the sky is blue so they feel like charging you $25 for the Express Wash that's supposed to be $14.99. Maybe a black cat walked by earlier so they want to charge you $35. Who knows?! I went in even after seeing the reviews about how the employees change the prices on customers, giving them the benefit of the doubt (because that's how I am). I told them I wanted to Express Wash ($14.99) and the employee said, "it's $30". To which I replied, "it says $14.99." and he says,"No. It's $30." I didn't even argue. I was born at night...but I wasn't born last night buddy. Nice try. Shady...SHADY Business Sami. Sami, I see that you're replying to a lot of these bad reviews about the same shadiness that's occurring at your business. I see nothing is happening about it. So here's the reality of it Sami, either you're a shady guy who runs a shady business, or you need to fire your employees.

I Paid for the higher level service and got the car back there was still break dust on the wheels and tar and bugs still on the front bumper. a $25 wash was more like a $25 rinse...
