Terrible Service Experience – Not Recommended! Today was my first visit to Major Car Wash, and I opted for their best service package, the Unlimited Works Pass, expecting my car to be cleaned thoroughly. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. After the first wash, I drove home only to notice that there were still significant mud stains on the body of the car near the front and rear wheels. I drove back to the car wash to address this issue, but the staff simply said, “You have unlimited service; you can come back anytime if there’s an issue.” My concern wasn’t about the package—it was that they didn’t do their job properly, wasting my time. I pointed out that I paid for their highest standard of service, yet the result was subpar. If I hadn’t purchased the monthly pass, I would’ve had to pay an additional $20 just to fix their sloppy work—how is that fair? After the second wash, I inspected the car again, only to find that the mud stains near the rear wheels were still there. I asked the staff to clean it again, but they gave me a dismissive response, saying they would handle it, while hurrying me to leave because other cars were waiting. I chose to trust their word and left, but when I got home and checked in the garage, the stains were still there. As a service provider, their unprofessionalism was appalling. Not once did anyone apologize for wasting my time. The rude and dismissive attitude throughout the experience was unacceptable. However, I was disappointed to see several inaccuracies and misrepresentations in your reply, and I would like to address them. Misrepresentation of the Interaction: You claimed that your General Manager spent over five minutes explaining the situation to me. I must clarify that no such detailed conversation occurred. If this discussion had taken place, I would not have raised these concerns. Instead, my experience was marked by brief and dismissive communication that left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer. The "Dangerous Situation": Regarding the incident involving the car behind me, it is true that I exited my vehicle to inspect the cleaning job because I was dissatisfied. The woman in the vehicle behind me yelled because my inspection delayed her exit, not because of any safety risk I caused. This misunderstanding could have been avoided had the service been done properly the first time. Condition of My Vehicle: While I understand that extreme weather can pose challenges, I chose your top-tier service package expecting a high standard of cleaning. If weather conditions prevented satisfactory results, I believe this should have been communicated to me upfront, so I could make an informed decision. Blaming the weather or suggesting that my vehicle's condition was unusually severe does not excuse the incomplete service or the dismissive attitude I encountered. Tone of Your Response: I was particularly taken aback by the tone of your response, which accused me of lying and labeled me as "the problem." This is not only unprofessional but also unnecessary. As a paying customer, I provided honest feedback based on my experience to help improve your service. Attacking my character does nothing to address the underlying issues and reflects poorly on your business. I hope this response provides clarity and gives you an opportunity to reflect on how customer concerns are addressed in the future. A more constructive approach might include acknowledging areas for improvement, apologizing for the inconvenience caused, and working towards better communication with customers.

I paid $15 and had to do the vacuum myself!!! and they only cleaned the car outside! They didn't even clean the carpets! The price is not good... plus it was the first time I went to that place and I didn't understand the costs well and what was included, when the guys were drying the outside they told me that I had to pay again for $21.99 (I had to pay double the $15 that I had already paid and just to clean THE INTERIOR and plus I had to pay $21.99) CRAZY !!! It is reasonable that he told me to pay extra and I would have paid it, maybe $7 I would have paid it but I am not going to pay $37 at that car wash!!! Absolutely ridiculous… The worst part is that I'm trying to understand the service and the costs and the manager or owner! I don't know, was so rude (he said if you don't like the prices it's not my problem!!) but I will never go back. Not because of the service since it was no one's fault. But the way this man spoke to me … he don’t know how to be patient with the costumer And I want to clarify I understand everything what he said, every single word… in case he think I was confused!! Or I don’t understand nothing about the situation he explained to me!!!

I went in the car wash now and the staff is terrible they look very lazy people And not clean my car at all also is one guy wearing hat very aggressive and disrespectful measure your employees are happy and doing wonderful job with love I never back to this place
