Everyone was very nice, but that doesn’t cover a bad wash. I went today for the first time and I regret it so bad. When I got home, I inspect the car and there’s still bird feces stains on the roof and side door window. Also, the back window had visible stains and the dashboard was still dusty. I would never go back again.

The worst car wash i have ever been to. They tried to get away with not cleaning my inside rear windows and then play the i don't understand English card. They are expensive and had to ask for a rag to finish cleaning. They use to be good years ago when they first opened. Unfortunately they are the only local car wash so that entities them do do a poor job and rip you off because they will continue to get business. Major League Auto Spa & Quick Lube. I brought my Ford F-150 in for a routine oil change, expecting a quick and professional service. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but that. After waiting 30 minutes, an employee told me that my truck was “too difficult” for them to handle and that it slowed down their team. They informed me that I shouldn’t bring my vehicle back because it was “too hard” for their technicians to manage! An oil change for an F-150 isn’t unusual or particularly challenging, especially for a shop that should be equipped to handle all kinds of vehicles. Instead of a customer-focused solution or even a basic level of professionalism, I was met with an attitude that felt dismissive and unhelpful. If they can’t handle routine trucks, what other vehicles are “too difficult” for them? Save yourself the trouble and take your vehicle somewhere that respects its customers and knows how to handle a standard job without the drama.

Worst experience of my life I am reporting the receptionist to Department of labor and hourly division. I went to get my car washed the other day she charged me $26 and some change and when I went home and saw my bank statement, it was $126. She stole money from me. She added $100 for herself and I am not the first victim. I asked to speak with them manager or the owner and she claimed that the owner only speaks Japanese. I advise everyone to be careful pay in cash only and record your transaction because she claims that I put $100 in the Cameras Please be aware!!!!!!

ABSOLUTE TRAIN WRECK OF A CAR WASH Over-priced Minimal effort Car is still visibly dirty Scratched rims $30 for the VIP car wash option, not worth it I live in Nutley so I thought I'd give it a chance apart from my usual spot but I will never be coming back. Why go here when you could get all the treatments half the price 5mins away in the same town. Not all the filth is shown in the pics, but trust me I'm hand washing my car after paying for their "premium" car wash.
