I've been using this car wash for years and have a small fleet of cars on the unlimited wash plan. Recently the customer service and the staff have gone downhill. All of the good hard working employees are gone. Yesterday I brought several of my cars through and they didn't even bother to brush the cars before going through the wash. Going through the wash doesn't completely clean your car especially the back of your car and you're really lucky if you pull up to a bay and the vacuums work. With all these new car washes opening up in close proximity to this one you think they would step up their game instead of doing the opposite. The only positive thing I can say about this place is they added free washer fluid and free air and that really helps me and saves me time and money

Assistant Manager Zee provided amazing customer service as soon as I pulled up! Provided me with amazing options & assisted with a rewash due to my rims not being clean to my standard. I will definitely be back!

Great experience at Marc-1 Car Wash everytime. They are always willing to meet and exceed my expectations. Not them mention their monthly wash pass is a gift from God that saves you a small fortune. I recommend them again and again!
