Marc-1 Car Wash

I recently visited Marc 1 Car Wash and had an excellent experience. The staff were not only helpful but also attentive and Suave, making sure I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The quality of the car wash was top-notch, and I left with my car looking spotless. I will definitely be returning and will be recommending Marc 1 to others. Great service all around!

I came to this location on Eastern Blvd because once again my location that I have about 10 cars on unlimited plan is closed for maintenance. (Chantilly Parkway) It's hard to run a rental car business when you can't depend on your local most convenient car wash to be open when you get there. This happens a lot and it's very frustrating and a huge inconvenience when you are on a tight timeline and have to get a car ready to go on a Turo trip. When I get to the Eastern Blvd location I pull up to the wash and the guy guides me through and of course he doesn't brush the front or back of the car so I had to spend extra time washing the back because running it through doesn't clean the back very well. So I pull around after running it through and pull up to the side closet to the building because the other side is coned off and grab a vacuum and it doesn't work so I go to the next two or three and none work so I have to go find an employee and tell them the vacuums aren't working. He went inside and turned on the vacuums 🤦🏻‍♂️ I think it's time to find another car wash

I was there earlier this week following the rain. My white car was so dirty, the white paint looked more like smoke gray. After Suave finished cleaning it, my car looked like it was fresh off the new car lot. Thank Suave, you are the go to man for cleaning my car.

The first time I went through, my tires weren’t shining, and I paid for the tire shine. The manager allowed me to go back through. This was kind of him. However, I went through it twice, and bugs were still everywhere in my car. I did see the tire shine the second time, but my car still had bugs around. I don’t want to waste money and return.

The best carwash in this area. The service was awesome! Suave was really attentive and answered any questions I had. I will definitely be back!!!
