Marv's Car Wash

I'm not sure why everytime I use the debit card option to wash my car, I get charged $20 for 8 minutes instead of the $12.50 it says on the machine. The owner really needs to do something about charging more than what the wash states. I'm going to report their business to the BBB. They need to look into how many people they actually do this to. I'm not the only one in the reviews that has had this problem.

This place is a ripoff!! The timer is running too fast and there is no water pressure so it takes longer for you to wash your car.. do not go to this place it’s also too dark and homeless hangs out so it’s not a safe environment… for your safety do not go to this place not to mention it’s a waste of time and money…

I came here one evening to wash my car and the machine took my $10. I left my contact information with someone who works in the little booth and never heard anything back. Stay away from this place… its criminal.

This business should be investigated. And, though I posted a review here a few days ago, it had magically disappeared. Coin operated machines that do not work and devour your coins (add this up for each customer who falls trap to this; it happened to me: 2 X $1.25 plus the additional coins I used to move to a machine that did work), as well as a car wash that continually charges your bank card, thereby overcharging customers. It is an absolute crime to take advantage of people like this, and the reviews show.

Honestly I spent $60 on accident trying to wash my car and I’m not sure if some of the money will be deposited back into my account. I’m in college right now and I’m getting kind of worried that it won’t because I didn’t pay $60 whole I paid like less money but I put my card in 3 times because I couldn’t figure out how to work the options and my car needed to be washed really bad. I’m not sure if I’ll get my money back but I need it for my expenses and everything. I’m also impatient but I’ll change my review if the money gets deposited back into the account but if not then my 1 star will just be sitting here. I am honestly really concerned because I was panicking when I got there since it was my 1st time. I also did not know I’d be charged $20 on my debit card. But if I don’t get my money back this will serve as a warning not to go here if I do then I’ll remove this post but I’m shaking so bad right now due to my anxiety because they weren’t supposed to charge that much.
