This is the worst automatic car wash I have ever used. How does a car wash start and finish but the windows/car is just as dirty? I added pictures after it was dry. Added 10/27/24 I just noticed the owners reply that they are not close to Maceys but the Lehi Maceys is a 6 min drive from the car wash, 2.5 miles. I would say that's close to a Maceys. The first 3 pictures are right after the wash as #3 still shows water drops. I took the rest of the pictures in the Lehi Maceys parking lot when fully dry.

It also means you have to spend a lot more time when you use it which is just costing the customer more money for a less than effective rinse. I don't know if the other stalls have the same issue but, even with that, I will still be coming here in the future.

I've gone here for years. One of the fee self wash spots still around. $3.75 let me wash the whole car with high pressure soap, soap brush, clear coat protection, and spot free rinse. Only complaint is Spot Free rinse barely sprays and takes forever. Maybe a cost thing for them (?) But it feels like you're getting nowhere fast on that phase. PS. If you have a large dog just ignore the dog wash. Useless.

Middle bay was jammed would not take coins and would not take credit card, better get that fixed soon. I ended up having go far left hand side bay to use manual car wash. It is not as aggressive the soap because when was drying my car off I still got quite a bit of dirt onto the towel. This is why Id only give you three stars based on hardship I had and not having something comes clean from start to finish. I hope in years coming you can take feedback and improve your manual wash's.

Absolutely terrible car wash. I just got a new Bronco and it came with soft-top unfortunately. Supposedly I'm not supposed to take through an automatic carwash. This was one of few self-service options. I just wanted a spot-free wash and my vehicle looks worse than just washing it in my driveway with hard water. Spot-free rinse is definitely not working correctly. Just don't bother coming here. Wash at home and it will look better.
