Another happy customer here. Honestly don’t get what all the complaints are about. I’ve been coming for like 10 years and it’s literally the best car wash in the area. I never go for the upgrades, personally. Just a basic wash. I have a Tesla model 3 with tinted windows. I’m fussy about my car. I’ve gotten great service here every time.

This car wash scratched my passenger seat window yesterday. They said it wasn’t possible because it was a 100% hand wash, but my car window came out with a large scratch. Pretty undeniable. I would not return here.

I just wanted to write a review because I feel like most people write reviews when things are terrible. I have been using this car wash service for 6 years now. I don’t go anywhere else because I like their service. They have done a great job which is why I go back. Granted, I only go about maybe six times a year because I normally wash my own car but if I want it really detailed and I’m feeling lazy, I go to them.

I too was upsold and told they were going to buff out the scratches on my bumper. He started at $250 and went all the way down to $100. When I got my car back NOTHING was buffed away. When I complained, he said nothing can be done when the paint is gone. So instead of alerting me of that while I waited for my car- he just offered to buff more (which did nothing). TOTAL SCAM. This place can only wash don’t let him up-sale you!

The staff did a great job cleaning. However, when I pulled up I asked for the most basic exterior wash. The guy speaking to me upsold me to a $110 clean … which I told him multiple times I didn’t need and I had very limited time. Being exhausted I just ageeed because he said he would be super fast. I told him I only wanted the exterior washed and my headlights buffed. 30+ mins later… I’m still sitting here, and they are cleaning the inside of my vehicle, which I asked not to be touched. They didn’t listen to my instructions, they took 3 times longer than I had the time for, and they upsold me by a large margin. Not happy.
