I got silver package. Nearly paying $43-$45 Had very bad experience here. Staff was bit willing to do any cleaning despite paying for the service. They did not even wipe the dashboard , staining dust is still there. Each time I go same results! They do not make the effort to clean under the seat and wipe the cupholders, front section area carplay, gear, hand breakareas etc. Dust stains everywhere.. They do not thoroughly as they should., they just throw some whipings arounds, and leave it at that. I was planning to become continuously regular customer and was very disappointed to see such low quality work after few stops. It is not hard to pay attention and clear dashboard areas, wipe all around more carefully..The edges of the air vents are always covered in dust. Wiping these areas not hard , I respect hard working guys over there in cold weather, but with all man power like 6-7 man together can wipe all these areas easily.. no need to go extra detailing trust me.. Windows edges are still showing stains.. I am not gonna continue with the package! What for? Same stains dusty areas after each time visit.. there is no difference between silver package gold package if u compare these with simple regular package . Not good clean thoroughly anyway..

I brought my car in for a detail. Sam steered me in the right direction on which one I should do. They did a superb job! I have two kids and my car looks brand new. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Friendly, reasonable and high quality. I’ll definitely be back!

They changed the price to wash floor mats from $1 per mat to $5 per mat. Won’t be coming here again. Reply: both your outside and inside employees told me it’s $5 per mat, NOT 5 for all the mats. Maybe you should actually show up to your establishment and train staff correctly to help customers get good service.

Terrible!!! Just got home after paying for the “diamond” and they didn’t even vacuum the trunk! The windshield is dirty. The cup holders are dirty. Not even attempted to clean. Never again! I pay the same price for shammy shine and they deep clean the car. Absolutely the worst!!!
