The staff at that place is completely inappropriate. My daughter came home upset after being harassed by the employees, who made lewd comments and even took her keys. I asked her to take me there and point out who it was, a picture attached. I contacted the owners about the situation, but they showed no interest in addressing my concerns. I also sent them pictures of the staff drinking on the job, and they still refused to engage with me. I strongly advise against sending your daughters there alone or any women going alone.

As a frist time customer Got their detail with clay and wax and they didn't even shampoo carpets and left swirls after the buff out definitely will not be coming back here

Paid for a mini detail and the car was given back to me with more smudges than before. The workers here have zero attention to detail and I felt like I was robbed. Do not bring your car here they don’t know what they’re doing.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I had a TERRIBLE experience at Mission Grove Car Wash. AFTER the wash my car was visibly damaged, and when I brought it to the staff's attention, they were completely unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they seemed more interested in avoiding the issue altogether. I trusted them to take care of my vehicle, but their lack of accountability and poor customer service left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional and reliable car wash.

I had my van washed and the carpets cleaned. One of the fold and go seats in my van gets stuck in the up position. I need all the space in the back so I have it permanently stowed away. I told them not to touch the seats because one of them is broken. They promised they wouldn’t. When I picked up my car they had put the seat up and couldn’t put it back down. I had to rush around trying to find someone who could help me get it back down that night. When I asked to be refunded they wouldn’t give one. They offered a “couple of basic washes” Why would I let you near my van again? You didn’t listen and follow directions the first time. You also took no responsibility for this. Owning up to your mistakes and making it right would have gone a long way to keeping a customer. I will not be returning.
