Mister Car Wash

This was my first time visiting this Mister Car Wash location. I used to go to the Quick Quack near Smith’s but was being constantly pressured to sign up for a membership when I just wanted a single wash. At Mister Car Wash, they do explain the membership, but it’s quick and easy to decline if you just want a one-time wash. The staff is very kind, helpful, and efficient. Pricing is also much more reasonable for the different wash tiers, and you get a lot for your money. I chose the Base Plus wash, and my car came out looking spotless. My only complaint is that some of the vacuums had weak suction so a bit of dirt was left on my floor mats, but overall I had a great experience and will definitely be back.

Always a great experience here! The workers are friendly and we’ve even had a couple draw dry erase marker pictures on my kids windows right before going into the wash, which they love! The vacuums all typically work great and have good suction. Everything is usually really clean and feels safe.

"I’ve been taking my car and truck to Mister Wash Car for over a year, and I’m always satisfied! It’s super quick; I just drive through without leaving my vehicle. The wash is excellent, and my car always looks great. Highly recommend for fast, quality service!"

Went to wash car two longer lines for members. Third pay line empty employee (manager) waved us on to come in that line. So we do proceed as anyone would . For the car in the second lane keeps coming as well fully seeing us but does not stop. We keep proceeding as well fully should . That car fully seeing us and knowing we will not be able to go any further unless we hit each other. My Husband exchange words with this man to let him know he is going to hit our car if he keeps coming. Finally the one worker comes over and gets another one we explain what was happening and she lets the other car go ahead. We asked who the manager was and the employee who told us to come to that line putting us in this position says she is and explained how they are busy and not paying attention to what is going on in the line. We explained that she is the one who had us enter and proceeded in that lane and position. She was very rude stating to us again they are busy not paying attention to the line and that we will be going through the wash in 30 seconds behind the other car. We tried to explain that is not the point the point is YOU HAD IS COME TO YOUR LANE PUTTING US IN LINE THAT MERGED INTO THE OTHER TWO CAUSING US TO ALMOST BE HIT AND HAVE WORDS EXCHANGED. She treated us like we were in the wrong. As we proceeded through the open arm allowing the first car through the other lane who had already been through the arm of his lane before us go through. The car that almost hit us was behind the arm while we were already through so we should have been merged next. We immediately asked her to cancel our membership and WILL NEVER USE YOUR CAR WASH AGAIN WHICH WE HAVE BEEN MEMBERS OF FOR ALMOST THREE YEARS. This manager should be demoted and retrained. That whole situation could’ve been avoided had one of the employees been directing the lines once past the gates since they had three going at one time. WE WERE MADE TO BE AT FAULT REALLY EXTREME BAD CUSTOMER SERVING.

I don’t do many reviews but this was worth doing. I tried this car wash today for the first time and Skyler was awesome. Thank you for making a great experience for me. I will definitely be back. Hopefully I actually use my monthly membership. 😊 Everyone was so smiley and kind. The guy inside the car wash was also awesome! That made my day. Thank you!! We need more people like you guys in the world.
