Well, if the signage is outside, why would your employees advise that the roof box is in fact okay? I will not be returning to this location, which doesn’t even offer free vacuums." My husband just used this car wash and he is very particular on cleanliness and raved about how well his truck looks. Very professional, people were kind, the facility is clean. Inside and out looks excellent! Great job! We will be back!

Interior clean is awful other than that it’s not incredibly bad. My mom told me the interior clean was incredibly lackluster and I thought how bad can it be? Well even worse than I expected they don’t even clean the floor mats. Live and learn consider doing exterior only if you go here. Indoor seating area is nice so it could be worse:

I got the Titanium carwash inside and out ($46) was super disappointed. If they vacuumed they did a terrible job! (see pictures). Nothing was wiped down. If you love your car or truck do not take it to these guys!

I got a huge crack in my windshield beginning of February after going to this location. I immediately went into the detailing bay to speak to a manager, take photos, and come to a resolution. I spoke to someone who told me that I would be contacted by a manager within 24-48 hours. I did not hear back for DAYS - and only was told to come back for more photos to be taken. It is posted NO WHERE that you should not go into the car wash "if you have a possibility of a rock chip" as I was told because "the heat and pressure of the water when it is cold" is what they assume caused the nearly 1 foot long crack. So, no one should go through at all during the winter if that is a possibility! I was told again I would be contacted by the manager Eduardo, who told me that he would be reaching out to his regional manager. When I asked since I have been a loyal customer for years to assist in the deductible I was told no. This is where I immediately stated I wanted to terminate my membership - to only be CHARGED again a week later. I have since emailed multiple times, gone into the location, was reassured I would be refunded as it would be looked into, and have it in WRITING, to now be ignored. Totally unprofessional!!!
