I love this place! I have the monthly pass, and I go through the car wash every week. They regularly empty the trash cans and clear the vacuum hoses. I have never had any issues here. When I got a new car and needed to change over my barcode sticker the attendant was very quick and helpful, and even helped me remove the previous owner's sticker from a different car wash!

I went to the West Jordan location for a car wash, mostly to wash off all the salt on my sedan on 01/26/2025 at 3:31PM MST. I'm not sure why one-time discounts are offered for single washes if the staff does not have a way to apply. The offer stated online AND in-store. The employee assisting us asked the manager on duty how to apply the discount code, then relayed to us they can only accept the discount if the service was purchased online. On top of this frustration, my car didn't even get completely clean. The 1 star is for the vacuums doing what they're supposed to. Disappointing.

I enjoy keeping my car as clean as possible. With my monthly pass, I can wash it as often as I feel it is needed. There has been occasion that it rained shortly after the car was washed, so I took it back in for another wash. This particular location is my favorite of all their locations. I like being able to go to Utah, Florida, or elsewhere, and my pass works there, too.

I have the unlimited membership and my car always comes out looking clean and shining! Employees are always friendly and welcoming! Very much recommend

I’ve never had anything but good experiences at this wash! I’ve personally interacted most with keaton and he is amazing. Very helpful, professional, and creates such a welcoming environment. I highly highly recommend this wash over any other!!
