Every time I come to this car wash, every team member there is always friendly! Today I had help from an amazing member ; unfortunately I forgot his name :( but other than that, Perfect Service! Always!. Thank you once again!

First and last ....hate the fact that when u greet someone they don't greet u back....another thing I didn't like is that once u pulled in you can't back up meaning that if it's full, u can't leave.....n the final n worst thing about the day I went i got stuck inside the washer for 15 mnts n didn't get a sorry for the inconvenience come in again to wash ur car....nothing!!!!.....my car is full of water marks n dirt .....I try getting help n they told me someone will come..but got tire of waiting so I left .....can't believe this place..

Fabulous place to get a quick car wash! In the early morning when they open at 7 AM, no one is here! NO LONG LINE!!!

If I were you, I would never choose to wash my car here. $14, $12, $9, and $7 are actually the same car wash service. I chose $14 but I didn't get the service I deserved. To speed up service, they shortened the time it takes to wash each car. The surface of the car is covered with watermarks. The underside of the door was not cleaned at all. The tires which should have been cleaned and waxed were not provided at all. No car gloss wax and no staff. The service attitude is arrogant, neither admitting mistakes nor apologizing. Please be aware of this. Deceiving consumers, using fraudulent means and low-quality services

When it was Cruizers express car wash, the car wash experience went smoothly. Now Mister car wash owns this place and the experience is always disappointing. I had decided to still come to this place to give it a try after a change of owners but the service with this car wash is truly bad. There is always a long wait to even get to the lines for the establishment. The line always goes into the main road and creates chaos on the street. The last time I used this car wash, I waited in line for more than 15 minutes which was ok but the car wash experience was not the best. The machine is always stopping and never runs smoothly. Ive had experiences where it left my car with all the water and it did not dry in the end. No point in even going to the workers to try to make this right because of the long line. Truly there is always something that goes wrong and stops the machine in the middle of your car wash experience. After all this experiences it is best to say i wont be going back anymore. Hopefully they find a way to fix their long lines and a way for the machine to not stop in the middle of every car washing experience.
