This company will not take responsibility when there is a problem such as damage to your car. I've used this service many times and was happy until the company refused to acknowledge my issue. My last service provider arrived for my 9:45 am appointment at 8:30 am. Instead of using the App to contact me she knocked at my door. This was strange to me because none of the other workers had ever done this. Well, since she arrived more than 30 minutes early the App wouldn't let her contact me. And she didn't speak any English and was using a translating App to communicate with me, but it was not very effective. After an awkward start I left her to her work. I purchased the premiere package which is supposed to take about 70 minutes. She was done in less than 60 minutes. The App still wasn't working so she had to knock on my door to let me know she was done. I walked over to my car and opened the passenger side door and all looked great. I gave her a $20 cash tip and went to the driver's side door. When I opened it, it made a loud cracking sound CRACK CRACK CRACK. Somehow she had damaged the bracket that holds the door to the car. I guess she had put her weight on it to dry the top of the car. I couldn't communicate with her about it because of the language barrier. I hoped it would resolve itself if I gave it time but when the noise didn't go away, I contacted the company via the App the following Saturday (6 days later). They replied: "Thank you for reaching out about the situation! Looking into your order history your last wash took place on July 14th which was about a week ago. When reporting unsatisfactory or damages to a vehicle by a service provider it is ideal for the customer to address it to the service provider before he departs from your location or the same day of the service. Unfortunately we will not be able to take action on this matter since the damage was reported 1 week after the service and we can not accuse the service provider about an incident that we are not certain that they actually caused it. Once again we apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused you." I reported it in less than a week, so their explanation is BS. Plus I couldn't address the issue with their worker since she didn't speak English! I will not use this company again. Yelpers beware!
