I recently visited Montclair Car Care and I couldn’t be more impressed! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. First time I come here and last time I come here. Got the silver package which is supposed to be their second best option…to start they only washed the floor mats that were dirty and left the other ones alone. They state that they vacuum but they did not and threw the wet floor mats wet without drying them. Did not fully dry the car outside and barely cleaned the inside of the car. Never again and wouldn’t recommend coming here.

10/16 - I got the gold package. I just left and see my back window was not cleaned. Before pulling off, the rims weren’t cleaned and the outside of the front window was dirty. I had them clean those. Only to pull off and see this. 8/1/24 - I should not have to point out where the car is still dripping wet on the doors, mirrors, windows, etc! In addition, they chipped the paint on a less than month old car - the woman cleaning saw it and tried to peel it off. I had to tell her to stop! Exterior only is $12 so you might as well go to a drive up and spray water in it yourself! At least your rims will get clean. Def not giving anymore chances here. Awful! Update! The manager replied “great news!” To my review stating my car was damaged and not properly dried! Save your money and go where your care is treated with care. Let alone more space and you don’t have to wait in a line on a busy street blocking traffic! Rude and bad work. Pick a struggle! Update! The owner is the worst. Very unprofessional as you can tell by his replies. Don’t worry, I’ll never spend a dime at your awful car wash. Spark Car Wash in Woodland Park pro rides exponentially better service! You should take notes.

Love their work ethic and care. I’ve been a subscriber and customer for 5ish years now and think they do a great job maintaining the exteriors and interior of our family cars. Possibly the only annoyance is how busy they get after weather clears up and then their occasional unexpected closedowns which don’t show up on Google. Possibly better to call before going to ensure your car gets clean! Like today on a random Saturday ;)

Montclair car care gave my car the best wash it has ever had. It looked like new when they finished. I am very impressed with the attention to detail and how thorough they were with the Gold package. It cost $40 and they got every nook and cranny of my car. Very pleased, will be back.
