Monticello Professional Car Wash and Quick Lube

I opted for their top wash package, expecting a thorough cleaning of my car both inside and out. Unfortunately, I was left extremely disappointed with the level of service provided. Despite paying for the best wash they offered, the interior of my car was far from satisfactory. The dashboard, steering wheel, and middle column were left untouched and unwiped, leaving me questioning the quality of the service I had paid for. It was clear that attention to detail was lacking, and I left feeling dissatisfied with the value for money. Overall, I would not recommend taking your car here to anyone looking for a comprehensive car cleaning service. Save your money and look elsewhere for a more thorough and attentive car wash experience.

Great place to get your oil change done! Only place in the area where no appointment is needed, first come first serve, in & out, and very friendly service. The best part, you get a free car wash done on the spot after your oil change, they did a beautiful job, even cleaning my interior dashboard.

The service staff demonstrated inadequate attention to detail. Having paid $28 for the super service twice, I was disappointed to find the job only half completed. Key oversights included neglecting the interior cleaning, incomplete towel drying with residual water, floor rubber mats retaining water puddles, and failure to treat the tires. In light of this experience, I will not be returning and will instead favor Middletown wash on 211.

Our local car wash boasts the accomplishment of being the only known car wash to gift you a souvenir of a NEW stain you didn’t arrive there with! Seems like when there’s no competition for a full-service car wash for dozens of miles, they figure anything is better than nothing? Although nothing would have at least spared me the appearance of someone having creamed my seats. The cupholders were left with crumbs, dust on the dash. Unfortunately, the most annoying part of the experience is that the car wash allows customers to abandon their cars while in queue for the wash, resulting in lengthy waits since the over-worked staff have to run out and move the cars along the waiting line. Hire more people, pay them appropriately, and maybe the wait and the service wouldn’t be so bad.

I’m holding back as I write this review, usually come here for all my oil changes for all vehicles. Anyways waiting here for and hour and a half for an oil change. That wasn’t the problem as I understood they were busy and there was many car in front. My issue is they claim to not do any appointments but funny enough as I was the next one coming up the car behind me was taken care instead. They skipped me and claim it’s because he had an appointment Now I don’t feel comfortable enough they did a well job as they were confronted. SMH will be looking someplace other
