Morris County Express Car Wash

Exceptional service! I had a bit of a mishap and accidentally vacuumed my key. The manager Mike went above and beyond to help me search through the vacuum canisters until we found it. Not only was the car wash itself great, but the customer service was next level. Highly recommend this place—not just for a spotless car, but for the awesome team who truly care and are willing to help!

I have been going to Morris County Express wash since their Grand Opening. Excellent wash and wipe down. I like to be able to vacuum my own car and wipe the interior myself and the price is an excellent deal. I signed up for the monthly unlimited washes deal. Great vacuums and plenty of towels for one to use. A shout out to the manager, I think his name is Jordan. Because of interest in the customer and his attention to the business, for weeks ,I thought he was the owner. Jordan great job--I wish my employees were as dedicated as you are!! Earlier reviews that talk about negative attitudes are misguided. Perhaps someone did have an off day but I have never experienced anything but friendly and helpful staff members. Sure mistakes can be made but look how the owner responds and is willing to make things right. There are not many places like that today. Give this place a try.

5/5 experience. This was my first time using a "stay in your car" wash, and the process was straightforward When you pull up, there are two booths with touchscreens. A staff member approached my car, asked if I needed assistance, and walked me through everything since it was my first time. He did mention the monthly membership but wasn’t pushy at all just explained it and let me choose a single wash without any pressure For anyone unfamiliar with the process (like me) after paying for your wash, you pull up to the entry where an attendant guides your car into the track and sprays it down. Put your car in neutral, keep your hands off the wheel, and feet off the brake. If you have automatic wipers or collision sensors, it’s best to turn them off. The wash itself runs automatically, and once finished, staff members will wave you over for a hand towel dry. There are also vacuum stations available, though I didn’t need them this time. Smooth experience, and I’ll be returning

Excellent mostly automated exterior car wash facility. They even have excellent vacuums and supplies for you to clean the inside of your car after the wash. Very reasonable monthly subscriptions too. If you have one the machine reads your plate and the bar lifts to let you enter making the process easy and quick. If not, it's easy to pay for a single wash.

If you are an obsessive perfectionist like myself, this is the car wash for you. They do an outside wash which includes everything tire shine, wax, etc for $25, and then you get to vacuum the inside yourself. I don’t know about you, but every other car wash I go to misses a lot of spots (I have dogs, horses, and spend a lot of time in my car for work) so it’s nice to be able to use the different vacuum nozzles and spray to get every inch of your car. The owner is always there and goes the extra mile every time and offers to wash my mats or do extra tire shine. Seriously, I will not go anywhere else!!
