To: District Manager of Mountain View Car Wash in Upland, CA I tried contacting you using the telephone number listed on Google but it is no longer in service. Can you update your contact information for customers wanting to ask questions or provide feedback? I also tried asking a current employee for your contact information today (06/19) but was told it wasn't available. I have been a longtime customer of Mountain View Car Wash and have noticed that customer service has decreased significantly with new Management. I am at the point of avoiding your business whenever I see your new Manager (Clara Avila) as she is often rude, has an unpleasant demeanor, and most recently banged her hands on my driver-side door in an attempt to make me stop my vehicle only after removing the blue cone in the car lane and waving her hand quickly to rush me to drive up. Mind you, this occurred after I waited about 10 minutes for her to return to the car lane after viewing me in my car - in the lane. Please review your security cameras for reference as this occurred last week on Tuesday, June 11. I asked "what is going on?" after she banged her hands on my car and dropped her cellphone. She then said that her system was down - ? I wondered why she couldn't communicate that prior to removing the blue cone, why she waived her hand quickly for me to move up, and why she placed her hands on my vehicle to attempt me to stop. This was unsafe and unacceptable behavior from a supposed "Manager". After speaking to another employee this morning (06/19), I learned that many customers have complained about this Manager. Customers have mentioned bad service to other employees, and, have also communicated their negative experiences via online reviews. Since it's difficult to provide my feedback directly to the District Manager as it is missing, and this same Manager prevents customers from contacting the District Manager about negative experiences (questions employees and customers by asking "Why" and refuses to provide contact information), I have decided to reach out to you via this Yelp review for your attention. There needs to be a change in Management asap. Many customers, and employees, are unhappy with your current Manager. This is very bad for your business and for local customers who are simply trying to have a peaceful and pleasant experience when taking their vehicle to get washed. I have been coming here for years. I took my Flex there last week. They did an amazing job. Today, I dropped off my Accord, but the inside is still a little below what I expected from this establishment. Therefore, 4 instead of 5 stars.

Masks must be above the employee noses. The man who provides the receipt and drives the car to the wash had the mask firmly under his nose. If there was another choice closer, I would have left.

If I could give a -star I would! Only did the side of the wheels that could be seen. Water spots all over the hood and finger prints on the doors and glass. Simply put, never again!

They did an amazing job cleaning the inside of my car... and the outside looks amazing including my rims and tires.
