Murrieta Auto Wash & Detail Center

BEWARE! I took my truck here and upon arrival it was clear that the guy who was taking my detail order was drunk and there was some drama going on with the Carwash staff here. I noticed two white males arguing back and forth but decided to mind my own business. I own a security company and my truck has cameras installed inside. Once they parked my truck I made it clear I had cameras in my truck and to not unplugged them or mess with them. The gentlemen who was arguing with the other white male gos by the name Greg Marxen. He was the first one to work on my truck, I witnessed him taking my stuff out to do an interior detail on my truck. I arrived at 2:50pm by 3:30 pm Greg was being escorted off the premises by Murrieta Police. I guess he was fired and not allowed back onto the property. After waiting 2 hrs and 45 mins my detail was done. And to my surprise guess what was ripped out and damaged? My security cameras. As well as my surround sound system. I was able to hook back up my surround sound system but my cameras are done. I'm now waiting for the Murrieta PD to come to file a report against Greg. When I asked the manager for his bosses number to let him know he didn't want to give me his information but took mine down to give to the owner. Owner, if you are reading this, hire new guys they are drunk on the job and probably doing drugs. I want my camera paid for. I gave your manager my number, call me back asap. Or I'll see you in court. Thanks.

This place isn’t a good place to get your car washed for several reasons. I came here because my regular place was jammed back. It’s off Murrieta Hot Springs and Alta Murrieta. This place drags dirty vacuum hoses all over the ground and then vacuum inside your car with all the filthy hoses rubbing inside your car seats. There work station are a reflection of how cleanliness they care for there tools. I got the $24.99 wash which was the middle priced and the bugs on side mirrors and front emblem were still present. The section below my windshield was nasty still and untouched. They have one person per car (which takes a lot longer) my location has two per vacuum and two per cleaning windows, tires, drying and wiping down. There top priced service is $5 more than my location. The attitude of the workers walking around showed frustration and whatever attitude. Just watching for the 30 mins or so waiting for my truck was shown loudly. I would not come here unless you don’t care about your vehicles overall cleanliness.

Ray did my car detailing and did an amazing job! I have a dog and his hair was everywhere and I'm traveling for family matters, no time to keep things clean and ohh man my car was a project. Typical on the road with a pet kind of car. They did my mats, all the inside leather, dash and the wheels shine! 30 bucks and a tip later my car is back to being clean! Highly recommend this place.

I am truly baffled. I spent over $120 for clean fabric seats, carpets, and vinyl (not including tip). They literally barely wiped down the flat surfaces. I called back. I went back. Spoke to a manager. They had two guys tackle the sections I mentioned. The pictures are the end result. Just. Wow.

They did my daughters car yesterday $159 detail job! And they did not even clean the rims of her car. You would think for $159 they would do the rims! I would NOT recommend this place at all!
