NCM Super Kleen Car Wash

Have been coming to this carwash for a while. They have such great prices and many deals to not miss from. Just took my car to get a wash and they recommended I get a headlight polish. I definitely don’t regret it. Big different in my headlights. They look brand new. When I saw them I couldn’t believe that was my car. They take care of your car like their own and make sure their customers are satisfied. They really do have the best prices so come and check them out.

I've been coming here for some time now and had been loving the way they clean my car. Until today. I ended up giving the tip before hand because I saw how hard the guy was working on the outside of my car. I regretted it once I got in my car. I saw this part broken and the pieces left there. Really disappointed.

I've been a loyal customer at this place for years, always appreciating the pleasantness of the staff—until today. When I picked up my car, I was dismayed to find spots remaining on the hood, inside the door, the dashboard, and the middle console. Upon mentioning this to the staff, I was rudely informed that my package didn’t cover additional cleaning. When I pointed out that I was able to remove one of the stains with my saliva, one of the staff members snidely asked, "What do you have in your spit, special chemicals?" I requested to speak to the manager, but he was unavailable. The staff begrudgingly cleaned the stains, but with clear annoyance. To my dismay, when I got home, I discovered that the trunk hadn’t been cleaned at all. The lack of professionalism and courtesy from the staff was both disappointing and frustrating.

my car wasn't vacuumed properly, under the mats and under the seats too it's dirty and i have bought the diamond package, i'm very dissatisfied with the place, i went around 4:40 PM. at first when i had got my car, the rear view mirror wasn't cleaned and the dashboard wasn't cleaned niether and the guy wasn't providing the service i had paid for and still he was giving me attitude. I won't be coming to this place, i'll find business somewhere else.
