We got the platinum wash, but it took forever to get the inside clean. We ended up leaving after a half-hour wait, and they didn't even dry the car off, so the car now has dry water spots. It looks like we didn't pay to wash it. Please see below what a $27 dollar wash and a half- hour wait will get you.

They did a wonderful job. The waxing looks pristine. All the nooks and corners were cleaned. The rims of the wheel were shiny. I always liked that it's people who clean the car so there's no possibility of paint being chipped.

I selected the jackpot package, their up-class and $35 package, having all Mats washed and interior clean. Let me start with +ve, my car exterior was cleaned and as mats, but the trunk was not clearly vacuumed or touched/cleaned. Also not satisfied with the interior cleaning, including a clear sign of dust on the dashboard and seats and spots on the doors inside.

I’ll start with the staff are very friendly. My wash wasn’t very good though. So my truck was dirty and completely covered in salt. Just had my bedside repainted so the paint was virtually untouched. The one washer started scrubbing the front of my truck with a soapy brush before anyone rinsed the salt and dirt from the truck. The guys with the hand pads must not rinse them off between vehicles because my truck is now terribly swirled, including the new paint. They are understandably in a rush, but missed a lot of spots. The guys drying the truck once it goes through the rinse and wax use the drying cloths to wipe the residual dirt off the paint and chrome. Pretty much wet sanding the finish. I won’t be going back. I told the cashier that was trying to sell me a monthly subscription that I’d wait to see what kind of job they do. If your car is very dirty/salty I suggest at least spraying it off before you go here since they are going to grind all the dirt into your paint. Lack of supervision is probably the issue.
