Norco Hills Car Wash & Detail Center

I've been getting my car washed here for a bit over a year now. I signed up for the monthly membership, which at a flat my monthly rate I can get my car washed as often as I like. I typically come in once a week. Because I get my car washed regularly, the interior doesn't really get dirty, but I can still say that they do a good job of vacuuming all around and in the crevices, as well as thoroughly wiping down all the interior surfaces to remove any dust. I appreciate that they hand wash the car using soft wool wash mitts, so it is easy on my paint and other delicate parts of my exterior. They do a good job of paying attention to details when drying and applying the finishing touches. Any time they have missed a spot, they are more than happy to address and correct it. They can and do get really busy on the weekends , so plan accordingly. I usually come during their off peak hours and they can take care of my car in 30 minutes or so. I can't speak to their other services, but there is a wide menu of options for all of your car cleaning and detail needs, at what seems like reasonable prices.

Paid $80 dollars for a “hand” wash for my black truck. I made sure to ask them not to use the brushes on my truck since they are now washing big trucks in the tunnel instead of on the side of the building. Last time I stood there to make sure they didn’t use brushes this week I didn’t. Sure enough they left my beautiful black paint with brush marks on the top half of the truck & “hand” mit washed the bottom half. Went back today for the owner to tell me “his” brushes didn’t do that. As if I don’t know my truck and take care of it meticulously. The audacity of this owner is beyond my comprehension. Carwash’s are sacred. If you’re not a car guy don’t own a car wash. I should buy this place save the people of my town from being robbed of their hand earned money.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Norco Hills Car Wash is the best car wash in town! The staff is friendly, professional, and pays great attention to detail. My car always comes out spotless, inside and out, with a perfect shine. The service is quick, yet thorough, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. I also appreciate their comfortable waiting area while they work on my car. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch car wash in Norco! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I took my car in this evening before closing and the service was horrible. When my car was brought out after being washed it took more than 10 minutes before any one started drying it off. In addition, Joe the owner/manager (whatever he is) has terrible customer service skills. I made sure to ask Joe politely to make sure the front grill and wheels were well cleaned. The grill didn’t even get touched and the wheels had water spots and armor all. Joe saw me take my cloth out my trunk and clean my grill and he turned away. The workers were making inappropriate comments and laughing at me. I own a newer Lexus IS300 so the grill must be cleaned really good. There were other dirty spots on the surface. Car wash wasn’t free so I should receive the services I paid for. AVOID going to this car wash. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED
