Edit: they replied and are denying damage when clearly their machines obliterated my trunk trim. Big mistake ruining my paint by repeatedly wasting money with your car wash franchise. SAVE YOUR PAINT DONT COME HERE. Also no bodyshop work on my vehicle. I got hands, this ain't chatgpt. Original: I noticed the machines would leave scratches on my hood and I didn't mind since I would polish my vehicle. Then one of the machines malfunctioned and broke the trim of my trunk. I filled out a form thinking I was going to get compensated in some form, but nothing. So I came back asking for a refund they gave me the run around and told me to come on thanksgiving when the manager was there. It was closed. Then I came back yesterday and one of the workers said because there's a sign stating they are not responsible I couldn't get a refund on my membership. Just beware your car will be scratched and if the machine malfunctions they will avoid responsibility. Crazy how they treat loyal customers.

Not the best service as the staff seems to be missing a lot of the time and the machines seem to break down a lot. I expect a better service for paying a premium price. Overall it's just an in and out drive thru carwash.

Believe the comments regarding vehicle damage! Furthermore, I read the most recent responses from the owner and they were unprofessional. I actually like this car wash but it's not worth car damage. My paint was damaged as well but I'm not going to complain, because of the hassle customers are experiencing. I'll just cancel my membership.

I have been going here since they opened and was glad to have it in the area but I just got my car washed about a week and a half ago and now I have fine scratches on all of my glass including my sun roof. This is super unfortunate because I can no longer patronize this place if my vehicle is sustaining damage. UPDATE: Not sure who runs this operation but response is zero. No one answers the phone, no voicemail setup, and no response through email. Look at this response to a customers review. Just ridiculous

Very nice and new car wash! Definitely would recommend this it to others. Quick and clean area to clean your car. The vacuum area even included a little dryer for those spots that did not get to fully dry. The lore are also people there to help at the entrance.
