Don’t come to this place if you care about your car. *see pics* My side mirror’s cover was broken off in the car wash and when I brought it up to the attendants, they decided to force it back on breaking off a piece and then called it a day but it was still loose and fell off when I was pulling into a parking lot less than 15 min later. Before I left, I pushed them for an incident report (which I had to ask for a copy of instead of them providing it to me) and one of the attendants (Eduardo) caught an attitude with me when I asked for his name after he brute forced my mirror. Management called me 2 days later and admitted their dryer broke it off but because my car was “older than 5 years”, they chose not to help neither mirror cover was loose before the incident. After all of this my car was still dirty !!! Phone number doesn’t go to a real person. Yeah this place is a joke. Youd do better handwashing your car with dirty water than dealing with this place.

UPDATE/REPLY 10/18/24: Updating my review because the owner replied to my review but Google Maps doesn’t allow me to reply back, so I’ll put my reply here. The owner said: “We have plenty of signage encouraging people to respect others. What would you recommend we do?” I’ll give you some ideas, for free, because I want my community to be better: 1. Set up the vacuums to turn off after 10 minutes if the same car is still there. Use weight sensors, license plate readers, or whatever you want to accomplish this. 2. Install a publicly visible timer in all stalls so everyone can see how long the current car has been there to help hold people accountable and to act as a deterrent to potential offenders. 3. Invest in enhancing the training your staff receives so they are better trained to politely but strictly enforce the policy. A policy without enforcement serves no purpose. 4. Repeat offenders can be banned, towed, etc., if you feel that is necessary to enforce the rules. 5. Designate 1-2 spots as “Express” spots and have an even shorter time limit for people who just need a few minutes of vacuuming or drying. If you cared about the customer experience, you’d consider some of these options or come up with your own creative solutions. It should not be up to the customer to tell you how to run your business in a way that is fair and equitable for all. You should strive to improve what you offer so that you earn repeat business and remain competitive. Failing to do that is failing your customers. Original Review: This is the third time I’ve come to this wash, only to have to sit in line for 15+ minutes waiting for people to leave the vacuum stalls because there is no enforcement. People take the mats out of their cars, completely empty, their trunks, and take their sweet time despite their being a long line of people waiting to use the vacuum, and staff does not intervene in anyway.

Quick and easy. Has strong vacuums, and powerful compressed air to help you blow water out of hard to reach places. Staff is fantastic and helpful. By the way if you've suffered from a lung infection shortly after visiting this place please reach out to me. This is just for my own curiosity.

I have found this carwash very easy to use and it does a great job! It's true that it certain times of day the line gets long (4-6pm) but the staff do a good job of keeping everything moving. The vacuums are very powerful and staff do a great job keeping order when there's a line for the vacuums.

Extremely pleased. I usually wash my car at my house but I thought for $12 I would give it a shot. I had not washed my car for about three or four months and it was D.I.R.T.Y. The hubcaps and the side doors actually had oil on them. My car came out clean. I had no water spots. The vacuums are really powerful. Attendants were polite ,smiley and helpful. I love the layout and it's very easy to come in and out of the vacuum stalls. I was in and out fairly quickly. I can't believe the negative reviews from these "professional reviewers" yearning for attention and expecting lobster dinner for beer money. You gained a customer. The bucket and the hose at my house just retired.... and for the price I will be able to go back more often. Thank you!
