Opal Car Wash

The wash quality was absolutely unacceptable not even close to what you pay for. Even after asking them to double check the vehicle because there was obvious amounts of dirt still on the vehicle. They still handed it back to me filthy.. I paid $60 for deluxe wash. My goodness I could’ve done a better job myself at the $10 touchless wash and a rag. The owner or manager was kind, but the quality of service was just so bad. I feel like they stole money from me. Didn’t even leave my windshield clean. Only three people working, 1 vacuuming another cleaning and the 3rd one drying. I arrived and there was only 2 people ahead of me, so tell me why they they pulled a whole different car before mine plus another one that they were getting ready to pass it through after the other one and still before mine. I'm new to the city and already started bad in finding a good car wash close by.

I brought my car in on what looked like a slow day but I don’t know everyday might be a slow day for this establishment. I purchased everything for the interior (shampoo/detail, etc) except for the air freshener. The shampoo job is seemingly good work, but I have not shampooed my car since purchasing it so I would have been satisfied with a shampoo from anywhere. I was also told they do not clean the interior cloth roof (maybe they do not know how? Or it might be a lazy service issue). The the person who detailed the inside had no attention for detail. There were crumbs and dirt left in crevices that should have been cleaned, and stuck on oil on the door panel that is removable with a little elbow grease. 3 stars for the shampoo and 1 for the detail work. For a price over $175 I expect much more plus better service, not the detailing guy telling me he can not get a little hardened grease off the door.

I'd poop my pants, literally, if my car didn't come out perfect. I'm putting my instinct on the line here and writing my review before they have even washed my car. I'll bet you anything this place does a great job. I've never, ever, eeeeeevvvveerrrrr been to a car wash that was clean inside, let alone spotless. These people take real pride in their establishment. Stay tuned for an update adder after the car is washed. Pix to come as well.....

Second time received let down on the service again, was very clear on how I wanted it done, nope! My time is very limited. After the long waiting I'd rather leave, than have to explain and wait for a do over.
