Nice detailing work but prices are outrageous and there’s no seating… they have 5 regular sets and 5 relaxing seats. So if the five seats are taken up then you have to pay to sit in an relaxing recliner chair or it beeps annoyingly. So please cum with enough money for your wash and to sit down… pathetic

This establishment is the BEST car wash EVER!!! They do a fantastic job every time! After 10 car washes, your next wash is FREE! And they keep track of your car wash progress, so you don’t need to keep a hole punch card that we all usually lose. They have a comfortable lobby that is kid friendly with games and snacks and their bathroom is always clean and fresh. This business is perfect for Rideshare drivers that have high expectations for their cars cleanliness. I highly recommend Pacific Auto Spa. They are one of a kind! My car always shines!

They forgot to put armor on my Land Rover when I went back the manager was very rude about it. There's no need to yell at customers when they're being nice to you and letting you know in a nice way that you forgot armor on the car, especially when you have to go back after the fact, you're already there an hour.

they never cleaning the car right. I understand the need to be quick but the wipe down is so half ass every time no matter which wash you get. always spots left on my rims, windows and interior. and this is every time. I have given this car wash a few attempts but same results every time. worst car wash, last time I will go.

Very bad quality of work! I hate that I have to come on here to leave another bad review so I’m going to try and be constructive about it. I’ve been getting my car washed here at least once a month for about 5 months now. Today I decided to pay for the $65 wash which they describe as a “mini detail”. Mostly because I wanted the windows done right, the dog hair vacuumed and some protective dressing on the dashboard. I tipped everyone that touched my car $5+ (I used to work at a car wash and know that it sucks) BTW: if you can, tip the vacuum guys. They always get left out. Anyway: I received the car a mess. Worse job that the normal $25 was I usually get. The vacuum job looked lazy. They sprayed the cup holders with armor all without cleaning it. The windows still had water stains. I felt upset because all in all I paid around $85 for the cleaning and it wasn’t what I expected. The worst part is the dog hair. It wasn’t even on the carpet. There was some on the dashboard with the protective dressing already applied. When I pointed out my dissatisfactions with the work they offered to take it back and finish cleaning it. I let them clean it for about 15 more minutes and when they called me back it was nearly in the same condition. I officially lost faith in this place. I was only able to get a few pictures because they started cleaning it after I pointed out the spots they missed.
