Awful car wash. No lights came on inside to tell when to pull forward, and after spraying the soap onto my car, it never washed it off. I went to talk to the cashier, and he proceeded to argue with me and tell me it was my fault and refused to issue a refund. Avoid this place like the plague.

Should have read the previous reviews before trying this car wash last week. Had the same experience as another reviewer – both the hood and trunk lid areas of my car came out looking filthy. Talked to employee inside at the cash register who told me that he could not do anything and I would need to bring car back the next day. REALLY ??!! Who has time for that?? Never again…

They kept billing my grandfather for a subscription he didn’t even subscribe to for a year. He lost hundreds of dollars without even knowing it. Don’t go here. Hidden charges will get you.

Wash stopped after soaping my car. Lady in the store was kind enough to reset it for me but still very inconvenient on a monday morning

My husband just had a terrible experience. The port he entered was apparently out of service as it shut off mid wash. He went in to ask what they would do to fix the issue. The woman remarked they were having program issues with that port and she would "call the guy". My husband was told, "he NOT pick up" (If the port was having issues then it should have been blocked so no one could use it.) At this point, my husband wanted to cancel his month subscription. Again, the woman did not know what to do and said she had "to call the guy". End result is the car still had soap on it and is unsure if the subscription was canceled because he could not understand with her thick accent. Just saying.
