If I can give 0 star review I would I payed for express detail 53$!!! Just to get the car the way I turned it in my interior wasn’t even. Detail with dressing back seats were dirty didn’t pass no vacuum , stains all over my panels and gunk in my cup holders they didn’t bother Doing the full service as it was mentioned should’ve done it myself , they even left a picture of a random lady in the car Don’t even bother going here

It was harder to see out of my windows after they cleaned some of them. They did not clean the inside back or side windows. They did not open the hatch to wipe anything down. The picture of dirty tissue was a quick swipe of the inside back window. They did not vacuum the back seat or hatch area. Spiderweb on the side rearview mirror is still there. I had to go home and clean all of the windows, get rid of spiderweb and go to a self service car wash to vacuum my car. I paid for Silver Service. I recommend getting the $8.99 service instead. You get the same service for a much lower price. This way when you see how much wasn't done, you won't feel as bad bout the service you got.

This place just gained a loyal customer I just had one of the most pleasing experiences at Papa John's Hand Wash in Downey. Upon arriving I lined up like everyone else, when I got asked to move up, the guy behind me decided to cut me off, but to my surprise the owner Sam, was kind enough to approach me and remedy the situation. I didn't have to engage with the other driver at all. Sam and his crew were really helpful in answering my questions. I selected this location because it was recommended by my brother. We brought both trucks to get washed, and the service did not disappoint. The cashier was wonderful, and the men were just as attentive to detail on the trucks. Since this was my first time here, Sam was kind enough to guide where to pay. His willingness to assist, level of respect, and commitment to customers and customer service was up to par. I'm very appreciative of people taking a moment out of their day to make sure customers are taken care of.

I am extremely upset with this unprofessional business. They left my car running for 1.5 hours, wasting my time and gas. When I asked for an update, no one could provide a manager’s phone number. I barely made it to the gas station. To be clear, they parked my car on the side and completely forgot about it. I will be back tomorrow to request a full refund. This situation is unacceptable. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years, but I will definitely be looking for a new place that actually appreciates my business.

I thought I was getting a good service because the employee continued to clean my car non stop. I was desperate to leave the place, and when I got home I realized my dashboard has 2 large deep scratches. I have been trying to call them to settle this up, and nobody answers. I saw three customers leaving because their service is too slow. Despite the fact my car smell like pinesol !
