Paradise Valley Car Wash and Detail Center

I just tried getting a car wash at their route 611 building and ended up not getting one. The car in front of me went in for his car wash, so I waited in line and paid for mine. After the car in front finished I could see the garage door to exit open, but then shut again and washed his car again with the car wash I paid for. Then I noticed the garage door to exit open and close again. I got out of the line and asked the guy who got his car washed if it washed his car twice and he said it wouldn't let him out. It kept opening and closing on him. So I just spent $14 for the guy to get his car washed a second time. I drove all around the building and there is no phone number to call. I even tried looking up the phone number and there is no phone number listed on Google for this site, or the one down 940. This car wash needs to be fixed and someone needs to contact me so I can get a refund!

On 8 Jan 22 at 330 PM I used Bay 2 of the car wash . After taking my money the pressure came on and showed hose to wand is ruptured . No one around to get money back . Then went to Bay 3 and put on more money. Took the system over half of the 4 minute cycle to deliver soap and hot water , so I ended up putting in another $4 in addition to the $3 initial charge just to get my vehicle hosed off. Overall I spend my $10 and did not get a satisfactory result . I watched several people try to use Bay 2 and lose their $3 as well . I remember this place before the “new management “ took over - it was expensive and poorly maintained . It doesn’t look any better under the “new” management .

I know they say automatic car washes are bad but this one is horrible. My jeeps paint was flawless until was in a bind and needed a quick wash. Now it’s gonna cost god knows how much to get the swirl marks out.

Absolutely one of the worst car washes I've ever used. They have a bit of a monopoly on the immediate local area as there aren't many other options. Read the reviews as they're all true. Something is either broken or the slots in the manual car wash are jammed up with other coins or who knows what. Wouldn't be surprised if it was done with intent of the user having to use larger bills. That's purely my speculation. When I use the automatic car wash it's scratched the hell out of my headlights taillights and side Plastics not to mention taking off the Chrome from the badges on the trunk of my car. Actually had to go home and take a plastic repair kit to all the Plastics on my car after that. The office, if that's what you want to call it, never has a soul in it. Lights are always off. I've seen way less aesthetically pleasing car washes perform way better service . It's just really bad overall to the point where I would ask you to stop by simply to Marvel and then leave ...urgently!

Do not go here. No different than the previous owners. If you want soap to wash your car, this isn't the place. Medium pressure had more pressure than the high pressure. If you want to spend $5 to rinse your car off, then this is the place for you. Kind of like getting your hair washed without shampoo. Nothing but a ripoff.
