Pasadena Hand Wash

I came in for the first time ever and they they did not do a good job. They said they would vacuum around anything inside the car but they couldn’t vacuum around a hair clip and left the center console dirty. The top of the car got only half washed and left soap stains on the hood. I came back the next day and the guy checking in the customers was very polite and had great customer skills. He said next time call, we’ll fix it for you. The other two, not so much. I understand they were angry at my review, but there needs to be a level of professionalism. Paraphrasing “if I wanted to be like you, you come I say no, get out of here I don’t wash your car.” They were also giving me a hard time about not calling or coming back sooner, bro I had to work! Should I have come back at 830pm? The nice guy did explain the situation and I was going to erase my original review. That is until the guy polishing my car threw my wooden chess board on the ground and gave me attitude when I pointed out that they did not lift the wipers to fully clean the windshield. Why not just say, “oh, let me get that for you.” I’m giving an extra star to the guy that greeted me and took care of me. My man, I really was going to give you a much better review, but after reading other reviews, I see that I am not alone on this. If you get your car washed here, be polite, and check their work thoroughly. If they mess up, they are more than willing to fix it and help you out if you come back immediately or find the mistake there.

Wanted to try this place out did the Manager’s Special which was $100. I asked the employee at the entrance prior if the interior is cleaned and he said yes. I got home and did an overview of my car and i’m not satisfied at all. I’ve taken my car to places that charge $50 for a better interior/exterior wash.

The BEST hand wash I have ever gone to, my car came out looking EXCEPTIONAL!! Its 100% hand wash which means not a single scratch on my car and it looked BEAUTIFUL!! This will forever be my GO TO car hand wash. They also do oil changes as well so I got that too which was perfect. One stop for everything. The waiting area is also amazing and pet friendly.

Car was cleaned well on the outside but didn't put much attention into the vacuuming. There was still visible dirt. Also the back seat was not wiped where there was clearly some chocolate smeared on the seat. A single wipe is all took for me to do the job myself. Needs more attention to detail.

This is the best car wash in Pasadena. The owners are so nice and respectful. Best pricing and very fast service. Highly recommend coming here. They go above and beyond for me always. Thank you
