I called up Paul’s and told the manager that I’m bringing my car back so he can look at it and that I needed to eventually talk with the owner about making a claim. When I arrived I was greeted by one of the detailers and he assured me that he would be able to buff it out and that everything would be fine. I gave him the chance to make it right and he did which is why I’m giving them a 5 star review. Once he buffed it out he re-washed my car and everything was good. I was ready to be done with this car wash but since they were able to fix the scratch re wash the car I’ll continue giving them my business.
