I knew the final outcome was going to be awful as I watched the workers wipe down 13 cars without once changing out the towels they used. Paid for #4 Platinum service, and not worth it. Horrible job on windows and dash wasn't even touched.

I have been washing my vehicles here for years but have never tried oil changes here. If you pay extra for the #4 wash, please watch the triple polish dispenser as the wax doesn’t always work and you have to call it out so they can run the car through again, which takes extra time. Would love to see the foam rotating brushes colors refreshed so that we know they are being replaced from time to time. It should be a rule to open the trunk/hatch to at least wipe the sill clean during drying as that area is regularly left dirty while the doors etc are cleaned. Owner is great and staff is friendly.
