Army soldier here trying to get a good car wash in and this lady did a bad job. Her co worker recognized it and then tried to fix what she didn’t or what she didn’t do well. Which he did but not one side of the car where left a bunch of wet dry prints from not drying it properly. Had to take 15 mins of my time to help out as well. Then the manager on top of the owner doesn’t wanna help the situation like a discount for the next car wash or something. Never been treated like this before. I normally come here but not anymore… You think they would have more respect for people who are active in the military. Very disappointed

very pricey for a half job done. they didn't even vacuum my car up completely dirty. not wiped down right. the air freshener doesn't smell anything. I feel like it was a total waste of money. windows weren't wiped down properly and it took forever for them to come back. have done. it's just a shame

DO NOT GO HERE! One Star is too much. This business does not care about their standard of work, as we found out, and as shown by other posts the standard wait is over an hour and then the job is only half done. A complete wipe down to this company is giving you a partially wet car which drys in streaks and spots as you drive. Then we found a large patch of orange streaks across headliner. Gooey spots also found on bottom on rear right passenger door along the vinyl edge which closes on the door frame indicating this substance came from a high pressure spray close to ground level hit the edge of the right rear door which had to be open to the top of the door frame then across the center of the headliner to the right center post by driver seat belt a distance of about 7ft. Of course a complete denial by this company "Manager" stated it was ketchup, the owner, Sung Il Chung, stated it was from a soda. Obviously none of these could possibly be the cause and the denial shows a complete lack of ethics. It should be noted that the facilities are showing extreme decay and lack of repair which is reflected in the sloppy job performance. The building is a wreck and in need to many repairs. Therefore if the the job done for a car wash is substandard I would question the machines used in the process could if not maintained cause damage to a car outer surface. Drive somewhere else it will be better and quicker than daring to entrust you car to this excuse for a business.

It was adequate. No problems, they did what they were paid to do. The prices were average. The attendant lacked a personality. The person who has first contact with the customer is a reflection of the rest. The place was runned down and a VERY dirty. You can see it lacks maintenance. However they did do a good job and I have no complaints about the actual work. UPDATE. After we got out car washed we noticed damage on the rear bumper. I beleve they did not know how to put a Lexus in Neutral and the car loaded behind them hit the back of our car. The place fell apart. It's dirty and they never clean the windows to watch your car go down the wash tunnel. COULD IT BE BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT YOU TO SEE WHAT'S GOING ON??? They did do a good job cleaning the car but not worth repair of a rear bumper if my opinion is correct.
