Perth Amboy Car Wash

It is a shame that this place has no customer service etiquette. The only nice approach received was the two ladies at the register. The car wash was simple; wash, vacuum and armorall on the tires. Spent nearly $30; for what? When realizing what the car looked like and called to speak with a manager I was advised to come back. I did return within 2 hours because I have a kid to pick up amongst other things. Once I arrive I was NOT greeted with respect and was received with a condescending tone. Despite calling for the manager and explaining to them the situation I was treated poorly from the start of the wash, as if no one knew what happened. As I walked to find out who this manager was I was advised to ask for a LUCAS … he was soooo rude and impolite. If it weren’t become I spent that money already and needed my car cleaned and vacuumed this time for real I would have WALKED AWAY. He proceeds to speak to me as if I were his child. They did not replace the armorall back despite him knowing I did purchase the same in the initial wash which should be done to mirror the initial wash. I will NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. It's a bit on the pricey side, but overall, good wash. Got all the road salt off my ride.

My family and I have been going to this car wash for years. Yet, it’s over. Would never go back. This was a number #3 package (#4 was $40+)Went back in and the receptionist, wasn’t any help. Once she gave me the answer about the mats , I didn’t feel the need to discuss the other complaints. This pics was took within minutes of me leaving there.

When I 1st moved out here in 2015 i came for a wash and my iPod was stolen from my glove box. Called minutes after leaving and was told it didn't happen by manager. I pulled in listening to music and left without it. Years later, now 2020, came for a wash was charged $23 but was told they won't do the inside and after asking if I can go though a second time because the car wasn't clean I was turned away. This place sucks, for lack of words, yet the service is going to make sure I never come back after this second attempt.

I put 3 out of 5 I have a working car Honda Civic 11 year coupe did not wipe the rear window badly wiped the car and did not wipe the cupholders remained dirty and near the gear box did not wipe
