Stopped to get a car wash, had my baby sleeping in the car so only asked for exterior wash. They said no problem but you have to go inside and pay. I told them I will give them money and extra, but I have to pay outside I’m not leaving my 1 year old alone in the car. Maybe miss communication so I will give them 3 stars but they should get someone that speaks English at least when you enter

The hand dry part and tire cleaning, could be better. Apart from that, my car always comes out clean. Always nice service, and someone always has a smile. I don't frequently come here because of my schedule, if not I would put 5 stars.

Do NOT trust these people with your car. Their faulty conveyor belt broke down (not the first time) while my car was in the bay. This time, they could not get it started so one of the owners had to drive my car out. He hit the rails on the belt not once, but twice, and damaged one of my rims. He obviously knows he hit it because HE was driving and the second impact was so hard that my car was visibly lifted on the driver’s side. I had to call the police and file a report because they just completely blew me off and refused to acknowledge responsibility. I understand things can happen, but shady business owners like this need to be held accountable! He knows what he did because HE was driving. Case closed.

The worst car wash I have ever been to. I bought the Gold Full Service Car Wash, and my car looks pretty much the same before and after the wash. When I showed all the smudges on the car and the dirt still on the rims of the car, they did not do anything but defend it saying that we just do a basic wipe on the car's interior and exterior. The lady at the counter was very polite and helped us get the Groupon code applied, but all the guys doing the cleaning were extremely unprofessional. My suggestion would be - Never buy anything more than the most basic cash wash from them and only go to them in case you need a simple car wash. Don't go for their packages like Gold, Platinum etc. They don't have the skill set or the equipment to do anything better than a basic car wash. I think they pretty much do the same service in all the packages - Bronze, Gold, Platinum etc. Posting a pic of the rim of my car (I took this pic in front of them) after the 'Gold Full Service' car wash. I would definitely suggest you find some other place to get your car washed. I am sure they would be better than these guys!
