Pomona Hand CarWash

I will NEVER go to this car wash again!! Not only are they rude as hell but they change prices as they feel like it. I was told my car was extra dirty so I was being charged an extra $20 dollars. I have attached pictures of my “extra dirty” interior. I wish These people are foolish and full of rubbish. I went down the street and found another car wash that charged less for interior detail and has amazing customer service. Don’t waste your time or money with these stupid people.

Helpful and kind staff. Got my car interior detailed and it cost $170 which felt a bit over-priced especially considering there is a left-over mildew smell that I can’t get out (it has been six days). They shampoo’d the interior extensively which got everything wet. Normally I’d appreciate the thoroughness, but in this case not so much. I kept my windows open every day after washing but still a dank smell persists. Other than that, I would rate the quality of their interior detail at about B+. They cleaned most crevasses, but there are just the slightest areas they missed between the console and seats. I’m very detail-oriented so maybe most folks won’t notice.

They didn't really good job on our car I would recommend my friends and family to come here they work very hard here to get your car cleaned I appreciate them all thank you so much for your hard work

Recently moved to the area and just went here for the first time today on 2/16/22 around 3:45pm. I made the mistake of leaving before inspecting my car as I was in a rush. When I returned home less than 5 minutes later I saw that one side of the car was not washed at all and still dirty (conveniently the non-driver's side) as you can see in the photos. I do not recommend this place and will not return there again. The inside was only adequately cleaned. This is a really bad business practice as I would have kept going back if they did a good job. Follow-up message to owner: After posting my review you provided a response at 5pm after you closed indicating that my review was "dishonest and malicious." I can assure you that it was neither. Since the car wash is currently closed, I will come back first thing tomorrow morning on my way to work to show your staff my car (as you noted in my response). You noted in your response that you know "exactly which cars you washed." Therefore I welcome you to look at your security footage from today (2/16) around 3:45pm to see my car coming in and being washed. It is a dark grey Subaru Impreza. Additionally you noted in your response that I provided nothing specific in the review. I provided the day/time I was there and three photographs of my car that I took in my driveway when I returned home 5 minutes after leaving your business. How more specific do you want your reviews to be? Should people be taking photos of your workers while they are washing my car? That seems a bit intrusive to me. While I'm sure you have many excellent workers, all I can do is review what happened to my car the day/time I went and I am telling the truth as inconvenient as that may be for you. Follow-up to Manager: Thank you for your respectful reply I appreciate it. I will consider going back to your car wash given what you said.
