Premier Car Wash

I had my truck washed a few days prior to this after driving from Ohio. The previous wash had left compacted snow on my running boards, and a lot of dirty spots that were missed. I went to Premier and spent a little bit more ($10.00) and had my interior vacuumed, mats washed, seats cleaned and was thoroughly impressed. I definitely think the extra services was worth the $10.00. Not only does my truck look better than the day I bought it, but everyone I saw working there genuinely cared about what they were doing. I watched Moses clean my truck by hand and not take ANY shortcuts. Keep in mind it was about 30° and he worked hard and wiped the interior and exterior by hand. I only wish this car wash was not 7 hours away from me.

Today, I took both of my cars to get washed—one received a Silver wash, and the other a Platinum wash. Afterwards, I couldn't see any difference between the two. Both washes took the same amount of time, and the staff provided the same level of cleaning for both cars; there was nothing extra for the Platinum wash. The floors, floor mats, and interiors were still dusty and dirty after the cleaning, making it a waste of money. Instead of using a vacuum cleaner to remove the dust, they used a blower, which only spread the dust around the interior. Although the exterior cleaning was done well by the automated machine, the staff did not do their job properly, aside from wiping off the excess water from the exterior.

I got the platinum tier which was about $39 after tax. I was unsatisfied as they wash my car as if I have paid for the silver tier. I personally got the platinum because of the power washing, rubber mats and the rain x. They did not power wash my mats. I had to go back to ask them why. The worker explained that it was busy and they were rushing. I told him it’s perfectly fine that they’re busy, but they should take their time and completing the package level I paid for. They ended up power washing my mats and did more vacuuming however, I feel as though they still haven’t completed the full package of the platinum tier, even though I had asked twice. Even after they hand wiped my car with towels, I felt as though my car is still very dirty and had a lot of streaks for being hand wiped. I did appreciate the guy that ended up taking my mats to get them power wash because he was hustling, but at the end of the day the overall service was not worth the money spent. This place was recommended to me, I personally would not recommend this place to anyone else.

Excellent job guys ! I tried couple of them in area but this is good one so far I have seen ! In the last 5 people will clean your car ! I am satisfied with service and recommend to take monthly plans !

Very Poor Job and Rude. Paid for Platinum Wash, their most expensive wash, it includes Vacuum Floor and Mats, dashboard, windows etc. Floor and Mat were poorly cleaned, Mat was put back very poorly, did not open trunk of car for vacuum. After the wash, there was soap inside of trunk door, which happens to all cars, in past they said they clean only if we buy inside clean service, which we did but they did not clean. Only went to them again because they are near, but always frustrated with there work.
