Prestige Auto Wash Express - North Broad St

This place is really worth the money. I can wash my car every week with this place. And the people who work here are really nice and do their jobs great.

TERRIBLE!! AVOID AT ALL COST!! I went in for a wash Q with my ZL1 camaro. When I entered I ask is my car ok to go in because I have thicker tires and a high wing. The manager said I will be fine and instructed me to enter. Even when I got stuck 3 times he continued to instruct me to go forward. Half way in my car got stuck and I had to drive out. My wing was torn off and destroyed my rims were scratched up and my car still had soap and wax all over it. The manager tried to tell me I was on the break or not in neutral, like I’ve never been in a car wash before. He claimed the owner would call me to resolve the issue, and it been a week and I haven’t heard from them. Terrible business ppl with terrible attitudes. Go to the hand wash by whit castle much better ppl n service.

Very rare that I give so little of stars. I remember when this car wash used to be really good as far as cleaning your vehicle. Now no one scrubs the wheels and you go for the full package or anything they just use the wand spray it down a little bit and let the car go through. If your car is white be very careful because you may have a black film that will be around the front bumper or partial of the sides. I've gone through this car wash twice and have experience this. I'm not sure if the brushes are filthy or what. I have been to other car washes and this haven't happened. It's not a big deal but if you are taking your car to a car wash you expect it to come out clean and not to do a lot of heavy extra scrubbing afterwards.

Thinking about canceling my monthly membership...they do a poor job of drying my car every time I go there (Hillside). Got there when they opened up, with no other customers in line. After going through the wash tunnel, a young girl starts drying from passenger headlight, passenger side, back of car, driver side and stops at driver's side headlight!...DIDN'T EVEN TOUCH THE GRILL OR LOWER PART OF MY CAR ALL THE WAY AROUND, AT ALL, in under 10 seconds!...mind you, there was no other customer's behind me, so they don't have an excuse like, "We were crowded, so we had to rush to keep the line moving." And it doesn't help that the women that do the drying, are barely 5 feet tall, so I'm not even going to complain about them never ever drying the top of the roof. I'll give them a pass on that. But there shouldn't be any excuses as to what I'm complaining about. Other than that, the washing tunnel does a good job of cleaning my car. But I will be in search of another car wash.
